Fahadh Faasil Wiki and Biography: Known primarily for his roles in Malayalam films, Indian actor and producer Fahadh Faasil is the son of acclaimed filmmaker Mohammad Faasil. More than 43 Malayalam films have some sort of contribution from Fahadh, and he has also appeared in several Tamil films, including Velaikkaran and Super Deluxe.
For his acting in films, he has also received various awards. Fahadh has won four Kerala State Film Awards and three South Filmfare Awards in addition to his National Film Award. In Malayalam cinema, he is incomparable as both an actor and a producer.
In Amal Neerad’s 2014 period thriller Lyobinte Pustakam, he played the lead role of Aloshy. He not only starred in but also produced this film. Lyobinite Pustakam was made under the aegis of his production company, Fahadh Faasil and Friends Pvt. Ltd.

Fahadh Faasil Biography
Fahadh Faasil Education
When his family relocated from Ernakulam, Kerala, where he was born, Fahadh Faasil enrolled in and attended the Choice School, Tripurnithura. After graduating primary school, he went on to Lawrence School in Ooty, where he did well on his tenth grade exam. After he finished Class X and his family moved to Alappuzha in Kerala from Ernakulam, he did well on the exam.
He was a native of Alappuzha and attended the local SDV Central School through high school. After finishing high school, Fahadh decided to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Sanatan Dharma College Alleppey. After finishing his BA, he decided to pursue a career in filmmaking.
Fahadh Faasil Early Life
Fahadh Faasil grew up in a prosperous Muslim family with lots of means. Even though he is a devout Muslim and believes in Allah Ta’ala, he respects the beliefs and practises of other faiths.
Fahadh Faasil’s father, Aleksa Muhammad Fazil, works in the Malayalam film industry as a director, producer, screenwriter, and actor. Her mom is Rozina Fazil, a stay-at-home mom.
Farhan Fahadh was raised by his parents and brother, who is also an actor in Malayalam films. A man by the name of Farhan Fazil. In addition to Fahd’s brother, there are also two sisters named Ahameda Faasil and Fathima Faasil.
Fahadh Faasil Career
Soon after finishing college, he played the lead role of Sachin Madhavan in his father’s 2002 Fazil film Kaiyethum Doorath.
Fahadh made his acting debut at the early age of 19; his father, Aleksa Muhammad Fazil, is a famous Malayalam cinema director, producer, and screenwriter. However, Fahadh’s directing debut, Kaiyethum Doorath, was a huge financial failure.
Since no one realised that Fazil had directed his son’s epic flop, he was blamed for failing to properly debut Fahadh. Fahadh, the son, defended his father, saying, “Don’t blame my father for my shortcomings as it was my mistake and I came into acting without my own training.”
He moved to the United States after the failure of his first film and earned an MA in philosophy from the University of Miami in Florida. While living in the US, he enrolled in acting classes; five years later, in 2009, he relocated back to India and picked up where he left off in the film industry there.
