Unni Mukundan Education
Unni Mukundan was born on September 22, 1987 to Malayali parents Mukundan Nair and Roji Mukundan. Prajyoti Niketan College in Pudukad, where he studied journalism and English literature, awarded him his degree (Thrissur). Ahmedabad, Gujarat is where his parents raised him. In the beginning of his career, he worked with Motif, which later became TTEC.
Unni Mukundan Early Life
Moviegoers first saw Unni in the 2011 Tamil adaptation of the Malayalam film Nandanam, Seedan. Unni debuted in Malayalam films with Babu Janardhanan’s Bombay March 12, which starred Mammootty. He won the award for best newcomer at ceremonies held on March 12 in Bombay by SIIMA, Asianet Film Awards, Asiavision, Jaihind TV, Amrita TV, and Vanitha Film Awards. The T. K. Rajeev Kumar film Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty, in which he appeared as a supporting character, was directed by Kumar.
The film Mallu Singh, directed by Vyshakh, was a watershed moment for Unni (2012). The movie was so successful, it was in theatres for almost a hundred days. Both Hitlist and Theevram included brief cameos from him. That same year, he made cameos in both Ezham Suryan and I Love Me, both of which were directed by B Unnikrishnan. The audience applauded his action sequences. In 2013, he appeared in two movies directed by M Padmakumar: Orissa and Ithu Pathiramanal. In addition, he was in D Company, a trilogy of independent action films in which he had a starring role.
Unni Mukundan Career
He made a cameo in Vinil’s critically panned The Last Supper, released in 2014. His comeback, however, came the same year when he starred alongside Dulquer Salmaan in Lal Jose’s smash hit Vikramadithyan. With this Lal Jose-directed film, Unni Mukundan has made a remarkable comeback, according to a critic for Ibtimes. He managed to catch Vikraman, a young man whose feelings are kept in check and who has an honest disposition, brilliantly.
In the 2015 film Fireman directed by Deepu Karunakaran and starring Mammootty, he played a minor part. In the same year’s sequel, Samrajyam II: Son of Alexander, he played Jordan, Alexander’s son and the film’s protagonist. Newcomer Muhsin Parari produced and directed the next film, KL 10 Patthu.
