Movie Verdict

People were aware of “Mister Mummy” as soon as the first posters for the movie were released since it stood out from other movies. The film delivered on its promise of a funny twist in the trailer, and the real viewing experience was disappointing. Despite the novel premise of a guy becoming a father at the centre of the movie, both the production and the storyline contribute to the movie’s repetitiveness. Audiences will laugh out loud at some of the events in the film, such as when a man is pregnant and the term used is “Pregmancy,” as well as Riteish’s comedic timing.

Riteish dominates this movie’s acting department; he appears in most of the scenes. He has performed in comical movies before, therefore he found playing this part to be easy. Even while he was successful in amusing the audience, some viewers could find his presence unsettling. Genelia just appears briefly on screen, but she makes the most of it. The film’s entertainment value is also boosted by Mahesh Manjrekar, who portrays a doctor and performs a passable job in the role. The other actors in the play followed their scripts to the letter.

Mr. Mummy doesn’t look that horrible, in general. The music is not particularly memorable and all of the songs by Sneha Khanwalkar, Tanishk Bagchi, and Rochak Kohli are forgettable. Excellent work was done by Sunita Radia in front of the camera. Vaishnavi Krishnan’s editing effort should have been better. Excellent production values can be found.

The movies of Shaad Ali, who gained fame with successes like “Saathiya” and “Bunty Aur Babli,” in the end failed to connect with audiences. The Mister Mummy movie had a unique premise that could have generated a lot of laughter, but Shaad was unable to produce any standout scenes, making the movie seem unoriginal.

Mister Mummy is a rather typical humorous drama that offers some light pleasure, all things considered. You can watch this movie in theatres if Riteish Deshmukh’s comedic timing appeals to you.
