Pragathi Biography
Pragathi Education
Pragathi finished the tenth grade in the city itself. She moved to Chennai and went to a famous school in T-Nagar for her 11th and 12th grades. Mohan Babu was in charge of drills at her school. When the student was in her first year at Pragathi College, she saw ads for the Mysore Silk Palace in Chennai.
After seeing that commercial, Tamil director K. Bhagyaraj gave her the chance to star in Veetla Visheshanga as the main female character. She was in seven Tamil movies and one Malayalam movie over the course of two years. After she got married, she didn’t act for a while. After taking a three-year break, she went back to acting in TV shows in three languages.
Pragathi Early Life
CR Saraswati saw pictures of Pragathi when she lived in Rangarajapuram, which is part of Chennai. She was later asked to try out for a role. At the age of 17, Bhagyaraj put her in the movie Veetla Visheshanga as the main character. The movie was a huge success. Later, she was the main character in seven movies.
