For his formal education, he attended the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai. Rahul applied to over 18 different colleges in the US after graduating from high school, but he was denied admission to each of them. He then decided to enroll at Mumbai’s Sydenham College with the intention of finishing his education there.
Rahul Bose Early Life
Rahul Bose was born in Kolkata on Thursday, July 27, 1967. He will turn 53 years old in 2020. He perfectly embodies the Leo sign. He displayed his talent for acting and athletics at a young age. He made his stage debut at age 6 as the main character in “Tom- The Piper’s Son,” a play performed at his elementary school.
While a student at his university, Rahul participated in rugby and won silver in boxing at the Western India Championships. Bose lost his mother when he was a young man; she passed away when he was only 20. Rahul began working as a copywriter at “Rediffusion,” a company that distributes radio and television broadcasts after his mother passed away.
Rahul’s father, Rupen Bose, was a marketing consultant. His mother’s name is Kumud Bose. Rahul’s older sister is Anuradha Bose Ansari. The director of Mid-Day Multimedia, Tariq Ansari, is wed to Anuradha, his sister.

Rahul Bose made his professional acting debut in 1989 with the staging of “Topsy Turvey.” The plays “Are There Tigers in the Congo?,” “Art,” “The Square Circle,” and “Seascape with Sharks and Dancer” were among the ones that came after. He made his acting debut in the 1994 Hinglish movie English, August as the part of “Agastya Sen.” Then he was chosen to play “Sarkar/Pavan” in the television series “A Mouthful of Sky.”
