Meena Education

Basil completed his tenth grade year at St. Joseph’s English Higher Secondary School in Sulthan Bathery. At SKMJ Higher Secondary School, he received his high school diploma. Basil graduated with a Bachelor of Technology from the Trivandrum College of Engineering.

Meena Early Life

Meena was raised in Chennai, India, where she was born. Her mother is from Kerala’s Kannur district, and her father is from Andhra. Meena graduated from the eighth grade at Vidyodhaya School in Chennai. She had to leave school before she could graduate because of her quick ascent to fame in the film industry. She received private instruction through the 10th grade and completed the online history programme at Madras University in 2006 to earn her master’s degree.

Meena can communicate in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English. She has been dancing Bharathanatyam for years. Meena has had several different birthdates reported in the media. Various sources have given the date as both 16 September 1974 and 16 September 1976.

Meena married Vidyasagar, a software engineer from Bangalore, on July 12, 2009, in the Arya Vysya Samaj Kalyana Mandapam. They later travelled to Andhra Pradesh to visit the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple and offer sacrifices. The couple hosted a reception at Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar Hall upon their return to Chennai, which was attended by a number of well-known actors from southern India. Their 5-year-old daughter Nainika made her acting debut in their movie Theri.

Meena Career

Meena’s acting career began in 1982 when Sivaji Ganesan hired her for the role of Nenjangal after seeing her perform at a birthday party.

One of the most well-known South Asian stars, Meena has been associated with almost every significant South Asian celebrity. She appeared in Navayugam, a Telugu movie, in 1990 alongside Rajendra Prasad. She made her acting debut in the Tamil movie Oru Pudhiya Kadhai, which was released that year. In the 1991 Tamil movie En Rasavin Manasile directed by Kasthuri Raja, she co-starred with Rajkiran in her breakout role. The way Meena portrayed Solaiyamma touched the hearts of her viewers. Later, in 1992, Meena reprised her role as the lead in a Telugu remake of the movie titled Moratodu Naa Mogudu.

Meena made her comeback to Malayalam cinema with the 1991 film Santhwanam, playing Suresh Gopi’s daughter. More supporting roles were given to seasoned Malayalam actors as a result of its popularity. Meena has expressed a desire to add more Malayalam movies to her filmography.

The commercially successful 1992 Telugu movie Chanti, in which Venkatesh also appeared, earned Sridevi a nomination for a Filmfare Award for Best Actress in a Telugu Language Film for her performance as the film’s female lead. Rajeswari Kalyanam, which was directed by Kranthi Kumar, was an alternative. She has received the Nandi Award for Best Actress since her performance.
