Sonam Kapoor began her career as an assistant director under Sanjay Leela Bhansali and then became a lead actor under the same director with the film “Saawariya,” which bombed at the box office. Despite the fact that the film failed to entertain the public, Sonam Kapoor received a lot of proposals from the Hindi film business. Her first financially successful film was “Raanjhana,” directed by Anand L Rai and featuring Dhanush in the lead role. She has appeared in nearly 20 films in her career but has had an extremely low success rate.
