After years of striving for a major breakthrough, actor Aadi Sai Kumar has finally delivered a career-defining success with the mystical thriller Shambhala. Released during the competitive Christmas weekend alongside several other films, Shambhala stood out as the only movie to receive an overwhelming response from Telugu audiences, emerging as a clear box office winner.
Even before its theatrical release, the film’s digital streaming rights were secured by Aha Video, reflecting the strong buzz surrounding the project. The OTT platform has now officially confirmed that Shambhala will begin streaming from January 22, 2026, exclusively for its subscribers.
The mystical thriller boasts a large ensemble cast featuring Aadi Sai Kumar, Archana Iyer, Swasika Vijay, Madhunandan, Ravi Varma, Meesala Laxman, Shiju Menon, Harsha Vardhan, Shiva Karthik, Indraaniel, Shailaja Priya, Chaitra, Ramaraju, Annapoorna Amma, Praveen, Rangadham, and Sravana Sandhya.
Shambhala is produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Rajasekhar Annabhimoju under the Shining Pictures banner and is written and directed by Ugandhar Muni. The film’s technical team includes Sricharan Pakala as the music composer, Praveen K Bangarri as the cinematographer, and Shravan Katikaneni as the editor.
With its successful theatrical run and strong word-of-mouth, Shambhala is now expected to attract an even wider audience following its OTT premiere on Aha Video.
