Following its theatrical failure, Do Deewane Seher Mein is scheduled to premiere on April 17, 2026, on Netflix. The film also stars Mona Ambegaokar, Achint Kaur, Naveen Kaushik, Viraj Gehlani, Sandeepa Dhar, Deepraj Rana, Ila Arun, Joy Sengupta, Ayesha Raza, and others.
The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar, with music composed by Jackie Vanjari and cinematography handled by Kaushal Shah. It is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Prerna Singh, Umesh Kumar Bansal, and Bharat Kumar Ranga.
