Karuppu will stream on June 12, 2026, on Prime Video, and the film will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Along with Suriya, the film features Trisha, RJ Balaji, Natty, Indrans, Swasika, Anagha, Maya Ravi, Sshivadha, Supreeth Reddy, and others.
RJ Balaji directed the film while GK Vishnu handled the camera. Sai Abhyankkar scored the music, and SR Prakash Babu & SR Prabu were under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures.
