Movie Verdict

The Tamil blockbuster of the same name was officially adapted for the film Vikram Vedha. This upgrade was directed by the same group that created the original. Vikram Vedha’s characters and storyline are interesting and well-written. The majority of the first half of the movie is spent setting up the primary characters, with the action taking place in the second half. There are many startling scenes in the second act.

The movie’s seeming simplicity masks a few shocking turns that provide the required tension. When we compare Hindi to Tamil, we can see that the former has undergone very few changes and additions.

Vedha is a role that Hrithik Roshan is ideally suited for, both physically and acting-wise. You’ll love Hrithik as Vedha even if you haven’t seen the Tamil original because of his fantastic portrayal. When compared to the original Tamil version, Vijay Sethupathi, who played the identical part, would appear remarkable. Saif Ali Khan performs a fantastic job in the movie as the upright cop Vikram. Despite having very little on-screen time, Radhika Apte, who played Saif’s wife, delivered another stellar performance. Sharib Hashmi and Rohit Saraf both did a fantastic job. The supporting actors in the movie also gave great performances.

From a technical perspective, Vikram Vedha is breathtaking. The Vishal-Shekhar score is nice, and the scene where Hrithik Roshan performs the song “Alcoholia” should be entertaining to watch on the big screen because to its fantastic dance moves. The movie’s original score by Sam CS is one of its outstanding features. Another significant strength of the film is PS Vinod’s cinematography, which includes some sinister images that heighten the tension in the story and keep viewers interested. The fight sequences are brilliantly produced and performed. The cost of making the film seems high.

Once more, the amazing Pushkar-Gayathri directing team did their magic. The charm of Vikram Vedha was successfully translated into Tamil, and the little changes didn’t lessen the film’s appeal as a whole. I like that the filmmakers didn’t try to add their own interpretation and stuck faithfully to the original material.

Vikram Vedha is a commercially successful movie because it has thrilling action scenes, an engaging story, and excellent acting from its leading stars. It is essential that you watch this movie in a theatre.
