Anubhav Sinha Career

Anubhav Sinha worked as Pankaj Parashar’s assistant till 1993 before making his directorial debut with the iconic Indian television series “Shikast,” which aired on Doordarshan. The show’s eponymous role was portrayed by Shammi Kapoor and Manoj Bajpai, just two of the many A-list Bollywood actors who were cast in the project.
Anubhav directed the UTV series “Sea Hawks,” which debuted on Doordarshan the same year as the critically acclaimed drama “Shikast,” which had received widespread recognition. Before directing music videos, which he did up to the year 2000, Anubhav Sinha directed 76 episodes of “Sea Hawks.” Fans adored his music videos for the songs “Deewana” and “Jaan.”

Tum Bin (2001), his first Bollywood film as a filmmaker, starred Priyanshu Chatterjee, Himanshu Malik, Amrita Prakash, Raqesh Vashisth, and Sandali Sinha. Although it competed with and ultimately outperformed the Amitabh Bachchan-starring film “Aks” from 2001, it is widely regarded as one of his most commercially successful works till date.

His third film, an ensemble piece titled “Dus,” had its box office debut in 2005 at position #8. His other well-known works, such as Tathastu (2006), Cash (2007), Ra.
