Movie Verdict
Even if a movie is based on a true story, it will almost certainly have some features that are only there for the sake of making money. Even though they only show up in a few scenes, these things are important to the plot of Aye Zindagi. Even though the movie was supposed to show how hard and important real life is, many of the scenes have already been seen in other movies. The script and direction aren’t very good, so the emotional drama of the movie might not hit home with viewers. Even though the preview gave us a good idea of what to expect, the actual scenes leave us feeling more bored than connected to the characters.
Satyajeey Dubey is trying harder than ever to prove himself as a performer who can be trusted. He does a great job as Vinay Chawla, who is dying and has given up hope of getting better. But there are a few times when his acting seems a little over the top. Revathi is a very good actor, that much is clear. As always, she did a great job and gave her all to her role. Sawan Tank has a decent look, and Ms. Godbole did a great job in her role. The rest of the cast did a good job with their parts.
The way Aye Zindagi is made is pretty standard. The score of Anirban Bose and Surel Ingle is at best average. Even though cinematographer Surjodeep Ghosh does a good job overall, most of the shots in the movie are nothing special. The production values of the movie are right for telling the story.
Anirban Bose, who was in charge of making the movie, could have done a better job with the script. Some parts of the movie are a little too dramatic, and they might remind you of Indian soap operas. Even though Anirban chose a good script, his writing and acting were not up to par.
Even though some of the actors are good and the story is interesting, Aye Zindagi is just an average drama in the end.
