Malayalam director Chidambaram rose to fame with Manjummel Boys, and after that, he came up with another interesting film titled Balan.
This film has received a good response in both the Malayalam and Telugu box offices. After having a theatrical success, it is now set to make its OTT debut.
Balan is scheduled to stream on Zee5 on 31 July 2026, and it will be available in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.
The film features Farzana Palathingal, Adhisheshan, Dolly June, Jean Paul Lal, Muhammed Zinaan, AD & Beena Antony, Girish, and others.
Chidambaram directed this film; Sushin Shyam composed the music; Shyju Khalid handled the camera; and it was produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn.
