Recently, he came up with a unique film titled Dorothy, in which he dealt with a sensitive subject. The film fared well at the box office and also stood out as a unique cinematic experience.
Following its theatrical success, the film is now set to make its OTT debut. Dorothy is set to stream on Netflix on 23 October 2026 and will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Karthik Subbaraj directed the film, Ilaiyaraaja composed the music, S. Thirunavukkarasu handled the cinematography, and Jyoti Deshpande, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain produced it.
