Ganja Karuppu Early Life

He married physiotherapist Sangeetha in his birthplace of Nattarasankottai in January 2010. He experienced fatherhood for the first time in Madurai in April 2011. In 2013, he made the financial decision to assume responsibility for five Trichy residents who were suffering from mental illness. Later that year, he announced his campaign for public office (2016). Karuppu made his acting debut in the Bala-directed film Pithamagan (2003), playing a ganja farm worker. Because of the role, he became known as Ganja Karuppu in later film credits.

Ganja Karuppu Career

In Bala’s movie Pithamagan, Karuppu made his acting debut as a ganja farm worker. In subsequent movies, he was given the name Ganja Karuppu due to the part. He began to appear frequently in rural movie casting calls later in the 2000s, including those for Ameer’s Raam (2005) and Paruthiveeran (2007), Sasikumar’s Subramaniapuram (2008), Samuthirakani’s Naadodigal (2009), and Sargunam’s Kalavani. (2010). He appeared alongside Santhanam in the same year’s S Pictures adaptation of Chimbudevan’s Arai En 305-il Kadavul. He was given the lead role in the movie Mannar Valaikuda by director Dhanasekaran because he was a rising star at the time. Although the documentary about the suffering of the fishing community made some progress, it was never shown in theatres.

Karuppu was supposed to make his Bollywood debut in the Hindi remake of Samuthirakani’s Poraali in 2012, according to plans. Sadly, no work on the movie was ever started. He had previously declared that he would go by the name “Ganja Khan” while working in the Hindi film industry. With 2014’s Velmurugan Borewells, Karuppu decided to try his hand at filmmaking, but the project was beset by problems and received a low-profile theatrical release, costing him a sizeable sum. Director Bala later criticized Karuppu for acting in a way that might jeopardize his acting career without cause. Karuppu made a comeback with noteworthy performances in the S. J. He was a Tamil Nadu reality TV star who debuted on Kamal Haasan’s Bigg Boss in the show’s first season in 2017. On day 14, because of his ongoing beef with fellow actor Bharani, he was fired from the program.
