Ghibran Education

He has successfully passed the Trinity College London RSA 8 exams in music theory and piano. At Singapore’s LASALLE College of the Arts, he also studied classical composition and film scoring under Australian composer Lindsay Vickery. He accepted the offer to work as an internal composer for an animation studio. In the year 2000, when he opened his own business, he had already created more than 750 commercials.

Ghibran Early Life

Ghibran spent his early years here. When he was in the ninth grade, his father’s terrible economic loss compelled the family to relocate to Chennai. He postponed finishing his degree and started working various jobs to support his family. Ghibran asserted that after seeing Yanni perform on television when he was eight or ten years old, he first developed an interest in music. He initially applied to a music school but had to drop out because of financial issues. Paul Augustine then started teaching him the piano, and he also started studying it on the side.

He received RSA Grade 8 qualifications in piano and music theory from Trinity College, London, and studied classical composition and film scores at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore under the tutelage of Australian composer Lindsay Vickery. He was given a two-year contract for his work as an internal composer for animations. In the year 2000, he created his own recording studio, where he completed 750 advertisements in total.

He wrote music for numerous media sites in Singapore to augment his income. He obtained employment with the Singapore Wood and Percussion Instruments Orchestra after graduating. When he returned to India, there weren’t many advertising positions waiting for him.

Ghibran Career

Since then, he has composed music for numerous films in both Tamil and Telugu. His first film score was for the 2011 Tamil film Vaagai Sooda Va. His first film was the Telugu movie Run Raja Run. Ghibran became well-known after Kamal Haasan gave him the opportunity to helm the expensive film Vishwaroopam II. Ghibran’s work impressed Haasan so much that he also gave him the opportunity to helm Papanasam and Uttama Villain.

Ghibran composed the original music for the 2013 motion pictures Vatthikuchi, Kutti Puli, and Naiyaandi. Thirumanam Ennum Nikkah and Amara Kaaviyam were two of his 2014 creations. The Telugu version of his first movie, Run Raja Run, was likewise a hit.
