GV Prakash’s “Blackmail” OTT Release Date Revealed

The Tamil thriller “Blackmail,” starring GV Prakash Kumar, is now gearing up for its digital premiere on Sun NXT after an average run at the box office. The film, directed by Mu Maran, will be available for streaming from October 30, 2025, much to the excitement of GV Prakash’s fans.

While thrillers usually rely on suspense and well-timed twists, Blackmail has been criticized for including too many plot twists, which, according to viewers, diluted the excitement. Similar to the Malayalam film Mirage, the overcomplicated storytelling slightly overshadowed what could have been a solid thriller experience.

Despite mixed reviews, Blackmail still stands out for its performances and technical strengths. The film features an impressive cast including GV Prakash Kumar, Teju Ashwini, Srikanth, Bindu Madhavi, Vettai Muthukumar, Ramesh Thilak, Linga, Redin Kingsley, Tamil Shaji, Haripriya, and Girija Hari.
