Story
Pannyannoor Mukundhan, a fiery left-wing leader, was created in Malabar’s volatile political climate, where he was constantly threatened with violence and even assassination. Ayyapa Das, who has only lately joined the police department, has been assigned the role of his gunman. Das’s father, a civil police officer, died while performing his responsibilities. Das was influenced by him. The family’s financial position is about to deteriorate, therefore Das is forced to accept this task and apply for a job in the police department. Higuita explores the underlying tension caused by distinct characters being obliged to work alongside one another.
