Hiphop Tamizha Education
Adhi received his formal education at Chavara Vidya Bhavan in Coimbatore. In addition to a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from the Bannari Amman Institute of Technology in Sathyamangalam, Tamil Nadu, he also holds an MBA from the Department of Management Studies at the University of Madras in Chennai.
Hiphop Tamizha Early Life
He developed an interest in hip-hop after hearing Michael Jackson’s song “Jam” and started creating his own rap compositions, which he later posted online. He created a YouTube channel using the moniker “Hiphop Tamizha” and the likeness of Tamil poet Subramania Bharati to hide his accomplishment from his parents. Adhi’s father initially opposed his son’s artistic endeavours, but after hearing some of his recordings, he changed his mind. Hip-hop Tamizha is currently one of the most well-known acts in the business.
Hiphop Tamizha Career
His debut song, “Club Le Mabbu Le,” had over 2 million YouTube views in the first week after its release. He met R. Jeeva and his partner on the social networking site Orkut, and the three of them later formed the musical group Hiphop Tamizha. In addition, the group released their first Tamil hip-hop mixtape, “Vishwaroobam Arambam,” in 2005. He has appeared in music videos like as “Excuse Me Kathali” (2010), “Ezhuvoam Vaa” (2011), “Takkaru Takkaru” (2016), etc.
He worked with Remy Martin to create the worldwide album “International Tamizhan” in 2013. It has eight tracks and two of them include American musicians Sol and Emcee Call. Hip-hop Tamizha portrays Adhithya/Adhi in the 2017 Tamil film “Meesaya Murukku,” which he also directed. Adhi was honoured as “the first artiste to release a Tamil hip-hop album from India” by Mr. Thomas Bain of the World University of Records and Mr. Babu of the India Book of Records in addition to winning “Internet Sensation of the Year” at BIG FM 92.7’s 2013 Big Tamil Entertainment Awards.
