Pulkit Samrat attended Manav Sthali School and Montfort Senior Secondary School in Delhi, respectively. He began attending Delhi’s Apeejay Institute of Design as soon as he graduated from high school. He just recently received his marketing degree.

Pulkit was born on December 29, making him 37 years old as of the year 2020. Delhi, India was the city of his birth. He is of Indian descent and was born under the Capricorn astrological sign.
Later, he made the decision to enrol in acting classes to hone his craft. He made the decision to drop out of college to pursue an acting career after just five months of classes. Since he was getting modelling jobs in Mumbai, he relocated there.

Pulkit Samrat made his television debut in 2006. He relocated and moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra, exactly one year before he made his big-screen debut. Samrat was cast in his first television series for Balaji Telefilms. He performed the role of Lakshya Virani in the television show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. But he only served as the show’s host for one season. Pulkit wasn’t given the starring role in Taj Express till four years later.
With the release of “Bitto Boss” in 2012, he made his Bollywood debut. He portrayed the wedding photographer in this love story. Pulkit was given one of his career’s most major opportunities for his part in the 2013 movie “Fukrey.” Additionally, he played a minor part in the movie “Jai Ho.” He appeared as a police inspector in a cameo.
Pulkit Samrat and Sarah Jane Dias’ 2014 film O Teri was a breakthrough triumph for both actors. Later that year, Pulkit appeared in Dolly ki Dolli alongside Rajkummar Rao and Sonam Kapoor.
