Telugu-speaking Raadhika was raised by the late Tamil actor and comedian M. R. Radha and his wife Geetha. Raadhika completed her formal education in three nations: Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, and India.

Her younger brothers Raju and Mohan, as well as her younger sister Nirosha, are all involved in the entertainment business. She has a close relationship with Radha Ravi, her older half-brother. Her mother is from Sri Lanka, and both her father and mother are from South Asia; her mother is a Tamil from Trichy.

Raadhika got married to actor Sarathkumar on February 4, 2001. They were introduced by mutual friends and had previously collaborated on the movies Suryavamsam and Namma Annachi (1994).
