Sadhu Kokila Early Life
Born on March 24, 1966, in Bangalore, Mysore, India, to Tamil nadaar Christians Natesh and Mangala, Sadhu Kokila was formerly known as Sahaya Sheelan (now Karnataka).
His father plays the violin in the music band of the Karnataka Police Department, and both his mother and sister are playback singers. Layendra Kokila, Sadhu Kokila’s brother, works for the company. Kokila went at St. Joseph’s Indian High School in Bangalore, India. Upendra, who directed Sheelan’s debut film, gave him the stage name Sadhu Kokila for his persona.
He was introduced to the musician Kasturi Shankar by Kokila’s brother, who encouraged him to pursue music. He is also among the top keyboard players in India. 1993 saw the union of Kokila and Saleena. Their children are Suraag and Srujan.
