Suresh Gopi made his acting debut in the 1965 film Odayil Ninnu, playing a little role. In 1986, he made his official debut as an adult actor in the film Niramulla Raavukal. He gained notice even in the small part of a possible groom in T. P. Balagopalan, M. A. (1986). Suresh Gopi went on to portray a handful of bad guys and a large cast of supporting roles during the ’80s and ’90s. Famous for his villainous turn in Irupatham Nootandu, he had a long career in the industry (1987).
