Tisca Chopra Education
Tisca attended Apeejay School, where her father was the principal. She obtained her English Literature degree from Hindu College, a division of Delhi University. Around this time, she also started writing for several publications and acting in amateur productions. She afterward traveled to Mumbai to enhance her training and career in acting. She had ties to the Feroz Abbas Khan and Naseeruddin Shah theatre companies.

Tisca Chopra made her debut in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, on November 1st, 1973. She was born in Delhi. When it comes to Tisca, her real name is Priya Arora. At the Apeejay School in Noida, where his daughter attended school, the late S.C. Arora served as the headmaster. Her mother worked as a teacher. His name is Mayur C. Arora, and he is her brother. Tisca made her film debut with the August 15 premiere of the movie. She started her career in 1993, but the 2007 film Taare Zameen Par launched her to popularity. In the film, Amir Khan and Darsheel Safary played the two lead roles. In the movie, Tisca played Darsheel’s mother, Maya Awasthi. Her performance got special praise, and the film was warmly received by both reviewers and viewers. She received nominations for Best Supporting Actress at the Zee Cine Awards, Filmfare Awards, Star Screen Awards, V Shantaram Awards, and People’s Choice Stardust Awards. She also won the award.
