She went to the Ashok Vihar section of Delhi’s Mata Jai Kaur Public School. She later enrolled at the Indira Gandhi National Open University and graduated with a bachelor’s in tourism (IGNOU). She then worked as an intern at Jaipur’s renowned Oberoi Hotels for a number of years. She later joined ITC Hotels following that.
