Varalaxmi completed her studies at St. Michael’s Academy in Chennai, achieving her educational objectives. Soon after, she applied to Hindustan College of Arts and Science in Chennai to begin her undergraduate studies. She obtained a B.Sc. in Microbiology from that university and graduated. Following that, she went to The University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she graduated with a Master of Science in Business Management.
