Vineet originally intended to enrol at the National School of Drama in New Delhi, but after passing the Combined Pre-Medical Test (CPMT), he changed his mind and chose to study Ayurveda, Western medicine, and surgery. Vineet completed his MD (Doctor of Medicine) in ophthalmology at Nagpur’s Government Medical College and Hospital.

Vineet Kumar Singh was born on Monday, August 24, 1981 (or 41 years ago as of 2022) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Vineet was a Virgo when he was born. He is from the city of Ghazipur, which is located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Vineet has always considered working in the entertainment sector to be his ideal career. The only issue was that Vineet’s father actually preferred that he focus on mathematics over performing.

In addition to having two sisters named Mukti Singh Srinet and Tripti Singh, Vineet also has three brothers, one of whom is a professor. Vineet moved to Mumbai as soon as he received his master’s degree in Nagpur in December 1999 in order to pursue acting roles. Vineet participated in the Superstar Talent Hunt competition and took first place. A small part in the Sanjay Dutt-starring movie Pitaah was offered to him by Indian actor and director Mahesh Manjrekar, who was also one of the judges at the Superstar Talent Hunt competition. However, the movie was a financial failure. After the debut of his first movie, Vineet started working as Mahesh Manjrekar’s assistant director. He collaborated with Manjrekar on six movies, including Deha (2005), Viruddh (2005), and Rakht (2007). Later, in order to meet his financial needs, he appeared in a few Bhojpuri television programmes. Vineet resigned his job as an assistant director in 2007 when he made the decision to focus solely on acting.

Vineet co-wrote the Bollywood movie Mukkabaaz alongside his sister, Mukti Singh Srinet. He wrote the lyrics for the song Paintra from the movie Mukkabaaz and the film’s theme song, Ugly (2013). (2018). (2018). In the 2002 movie Pitaah, Vineet made his acting debut as Bhola alongside Sanjay Dutt.

In the Marathi film Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy from 2009, he played the cab driver Dubey in his debut performance. Vineet played the role of Dubey in the 2011 Bengali movie Ami Subhash Bolchi, which was his debut acting role in the language. He gained notoriety as Danish Khan in the Bollywood movies Gangs of Wasseypur: Part 1 and Part 2 from 2012 and 2013.

Vineet struggled for eighteen years to find fame before taking on the role of Shravan Kumar Singh in the 2018 Bollywood film Mukkabaaz.
