Vivek Biography
Vivek Education
He received his formal education at the Govt Boys High School in Pallipalayam, Tamil Nadu, as well as the G.H.S.S. in Vannavasi, Tamil Nadu. He went on to work in business after graduating from American College in Madurai. Following that, he completed his education at Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS), also in Tamil Nadu, and SRM Arts & Science College in Tamil Nadu. He later completed a master’s program in the business.
Vivek Early Life
Vivekanandan, better known by his nickname Vivek, was born on a Sunday, November 19, 1961, in Nalla Village, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu (59 years old at the time of his death). His zodiac sign is Scorpio.
His paternal grandparents are Angayya and Maniyammal. He and his wife Arulselvi Vivek had two daughters: Tejaswini and Amritha Nandini. Only 13 years old at the time of his death from complications related to dengue and brain fever was his son Prasanna Kumar.
Vivek Career
His initial position was with the Tamil Nadu government, and in his free time, he would perform stand-up at the Madras Humor Club. After some time, he changed schools and started working again with the Madras Humor Club at the University of Madras in Chennai. The club’s founding member P. R. Govindarajan later connected him with Indian director K. Balachandar, where Vivek eventually found work as a screenplay.
He was writing the script for a Tamil movie called “Manathil Uruthi Vendum” in 1987 when director K. Balachandarn asked him to play Suhasini’s brother in the movie (a South Indian actress). In Tamil movies like “Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal” (1989), “Oru Veedu Iru Vasal” (1990), “Vanaja Girija” (1994), “Muthukulikka Vaariyala” (1995), and “Mayabazar” (1996), he made cameo appearances early in his career.
As soon as he started playing humorous roles in Tamil movies in 1996, his career took off. The Tamil films “Anniyan” (2005), “Sivaji” (2007), “Velaiyilla Pattathari” (2014), “VIP 2” (2017), and “Dharala Prabhu” are among his best-known productions (2020). He had over 220 film roles by the year 2021; his final one was in Indian 2. (2022).
