Arvind Swami Wiki and Biography: Arvind Swami, an actor, is quite popular in the southern part of India. He starred as “Rishi Kumar” in the 1992 Bollywood film Roja and as “Shekhar” in the 1996 Bollywood film Bombay, both of which brought him widespread acclaim (1995). After marrying Gayathri Ramamurthy in June 1994, Aravind Swamy welcomed two children into the world: Adhira in 1996 and Rudra in 2000. After seven years of separation leading up to their divorce filing in 2010, the pair finally called it quits in 2010. He is now officially the father of his children. He wed Aparna Mukerjee in 2012.

Arvind Swami Education
Swamy underwent effective therapy and was subsequently called upon by Mani Ratnam for the character of Kadal in his 2013 film. In 2013, he did voice work for Santhosh Sivan’s film Ceylon. He gained widespread acclaim and several acting awards for his portrayal of the villainous Sidharth Abhimanyu in the 2015 film Thani Oruvan.
He received his B.Com from Loyola College in Chennai after attending Sishya School and Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School both in the city.
Arvind Swami Early Life
Swami was born to Bharatanatyam dancer Vasantha and industrialist father V. D. Swami. Swamy graduated from the Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School and the Sishya School in 1987. After that, in 1990, he attended Loyola College in Madras, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce. (A more reputable source is needed) His next stop was the United States, where he enrolled at Wake Forest University in North Carolina to earn his master’s degree in international business. Arvind Swami wanted very much to go into medicine. For extra money, he modelled while in school. He was booed off stage at his Loyola University Chicago Theatre Society performance. Mani Ratnam saw him again in an advertisement and asked him to meet up with him. The two of them promptly threw him into a filmmaking boot camp.
Arvind Swami Career
Swamy made his acting debut in Mani Ratnam’s action movie Thalapathi, in which he played a young district collector pitted against a don and his own biological brother. After that, Mani Ratnam cast him in the lead role of the political drama film Roja (1992). Roja and Bombay were victorious at both the State Film Award and National Film Award ceremonies. His performance in Bombay was deemed “soulful” by Time magazine. Both audiences and critics have enjoyed Swamy’s films. He is considered to be one of the first few Indian actors to achieve widespread popularity across the country. Swamy provided the voice of an adult Simba for the 1995 Tamil dub of Disney’s The Lion King (1994).
In 2016, he reprised his role in the Telugu version of Thani Oruvan, Dhruva, starring Ram Charan, to widespread acclaim. A subsequent Hindi film, Dear Dad (2016). As of the May 30, 2016 season start of the popular game show Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi, Swamy was cast as a regular contestant. Both the reviewers and the moviegoers loved his performance alongside Jayam Ravi in 2017’s Bogan. In 2018, you might see him in Bhaskar Oru Rascal. Arvind Swami does a good job, and he doesn’t try to imitate Mammootty’s performance. Chekka Chivantha Vaanam will play after the film (2018). A film that has become the gold standard for Tamil gangster films also undermines its own genre. Finding the bad guy amongst all the good guys is presented as the central plot of the entire film.
