Yashoda Movie Review: Samantha’s movie Yashoda premiered on November 11, 2022, after years of anticipation. People seemed intrigued by the trailer and plot, so let’s go right to the review and see if the film actually lives up to expectations.
Story
Yashoda (Samantha) is a middle-class girl who, after careful consideration, decides to become a surrogate mother and carry a child for a couple in exchange for financial compensation and medical coverage. After hearing the horrible truth of surrogacy, Yashoda makes a series of decisions that put her health in jeopardy. Getting Yashoda out of the maze is the rest of the story.

Movie Verdict
The movie drags in the beginning because so much time is spent setting up the plot and introducing the main players. As soon as Yashoda’s story twists are exposed, however, the film becomes engrossing and difficult to look away from. It’s exciting to see the movie gain up speed as the plot thickens.
Yashoda, the film’s original concept, is its strongest point because it has elements that would fascinate viewers of all ages and walks of life. The second half of the book, which focuses on how emotions effect parenting, is particularly well-done and becomes more engaging as more layers are uncovered. There was suspense and a compelling tale in the first act.
The topic of surrogacy has been explored in numerous films, but this one is different because it hits on so many meaningful levels. Yashoda’s investigation into the surrogate fraud is intriguing, and the authors do a wonderful job of maintaining suspense as she seeks to uncover the perpetrators. When the twist is revealed, however, the story loses its appeal.
Samantha did a great job filling in for Yashoda, and it was fascinating to see her in action sequences. Samantha also demonstrated her acting prowess. A film with sufficient feeling and passion was made by Hari and Harish, despite the fact that the plot wandered. They also fabricated a fantastic tale. A lot of people don’t even know what surrogates are, but they showed how surrogate scams work and how often innocent women fell for them.
It would appear that Yashoda is technologically stunning. The composition and sequencing of his shots transport you to Yashoda’s world. Manisharma’s songs aren’t great, but his impressive score proved what a talented background musician he is.
The well-written emotional thriller Yashoda appeals to a wide audience.
