Farhad Samji Early Life
Sajid and Farhad Samji are members of the Indian writing and directorial duo known as Sajid-Farhad. A few of the films they’ve written for include Shiva, Sunday, Double Dhamaal, Golmaal Returns, All The Best: Fun Begins, Housefull 2, Ready, Golmaal 3, Singham, Bol Bachchan, Chashme Baddoor, Himmatwala, Chennai Express, Entertainment, and Singham Returns. In Bollywood, five of the films they wrote have surpassed the $100 crore mark. With Entertainment, they started making movies in 2014.
Farhad Samji Career
Farhad and his brother started working as lyricists in 2002. After that, they started writing dialogue starting in 2006 with Shiva. Simmba was their most recent movie as of 2018. With Akshay Kumar and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 4 was the fourth instalment of the Housefull franchise and became a blockbuster despite receiving mixed reviews from critics. He also wrote the language for the Punjabi film Singham and directed the online series Booo Sabki Phategi in 2019. The dialogue for the upcoming motion pictures Coolie No. 1, Baaghi 3, and Street Dancer 3D was written by Samji.
His 2022 movie Bachchan Pandey, starring Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon, has been completed. It was shot from January to March. Samji will also produce Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, a social family comedy starring Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde that is scheduled to begin production in October 2022 and be finished by Bakri-Eid 2022. Both films are produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
