Vijayanand Movie Review: The biopic Vijayanand was released in Kannada and other significant languages on December 9, 2022. The film was inspired by actual events in the life of Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar. Since entertainment is why people go to the movies, let’s get right to the point and determine if this film is entertaining.

Movie Verdict
Over the years, a number of biopics have depicted a man with lofty ambitions who goes to a large city and packs his belongings in order to overcome obstacles on his path to become a powerful businessman or politician. The captivating story of Vijay Sankeshwar’s exploits is told in a novel way in this biography, which keeps the audience engaged. The setting and atmosphere more than compensate for the lacklustre plot.
In the second part of the book, when he tries to engage the reader, Vijay Sankeshwar ramps up the pace significantly. The principal flaw of the video is its awkward scene changes. The developers appear to have taken a large number of random images without attempting to tell a story. The director did an excellent job demonstrating how the politics and greed of competing company owners finally led to his collapse; however, there are a few important parts that come across as uninspired and lifeless. If the film had the appropriate amount of emotion and if it had been in the second half, it may have been a lot better. The film contains redeeming qualities that will appeal to a specific demographic despite its shortcomings.
As Vijay Sankeshwar’s father, Ananth Nag and the rest of the cast perform an excellent job. In Archana Cottage, both positive and negative events occur. Unfortunately, Nihal’s interpretation of Vijay Sankeshwar falls short of the requirements for the role. Bharath Bopanna, Siri Prahalad, Vinaya Prasad, Prakash Belwadi, V Ravichandran, Anish Kuruvilla, Ramesh Bhat, Dayal Padmanabhan, and Shine Shetty all performed admirably in “Baahubali: The Conclusion.”
The film’s director, Rishika Sharma, deserves credit for bringing this little-known story to the public’s attention. The recipient of the Padma Shri award, Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar, too has a rich and remarkable past. In order for a film based on a factual story to evoke an emotional response from the audience, the director must exercise some artistic licence. In Rishika Sharam’s film, questionable liberties were taken with the source material. Some sequences, for instance, are unduly stylized in an attempt to appeal to the humorous tastes of the audience. She did, however, manage to attract the curiosity of a number of them.
Technically, Vijayanand is sound, however, the visual effects have a few problems. Keertan Poojary’s cinematography, lighting, and framing completely immerse the audience in Vijayanand’s universe and develop the plot. Despite the songs’ popularity in Kannada, the evaluations for their Telugu versions were less favorable.
However, he did an excellent job, and the rest of Vijayanand is an excellent biography.
