Cousins and Kalyanams will stream on JioHotstar on 29 May 2026, and it will be available only in Malayalam.
The series features Nainita Maria, Nandita, Siddharth Babu, Krishna Vijay, Manaswini Ram, Manya Mallika, and others.
Vishnu Chandran and Kannan Thamarakkulam are the directors of this series. Noushad Sheriff handled the camera, Sudeep Palanad composed the music, and The Epic Company produced it.
