Darja Telugu Movie Review: In Saleem Malik’s first feature film, Darja, Sunil and the Comedian play important roles. Anasuya Bharadwaj, who has a big role in the movie, made people want to watch it. Even though it was only shown in a few theatres, the movie did well at the box office. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, let’s start by talking about it in detail.
Kanaka Mahalakshmi is known as the Bandhar don because of how cruel she is and how much power she has over the city of Bandhar. Many people in the city die every year from the cheap alcohol that her thugs make. ACP Shiva Shankar is sent to the same city where everyone, even the police, is afraid of her. The rest of the story is about how these two interesting people fight and argue with each other.

Movies that try to make a lot of people laugh make more money. Darja is an example of a movie that tries to appeal to a wide range of people but fails to do so because it has a bad story and boring production. When the movie starts, you’ll see some of the most cringe-worthy parts right away. Because of this, the movie’s plot moves in a boring and predictable way, with no sense of character or conflict to keep people interested.
Even though Sunil tries hard, it is hard to watch him act like a serious police officer with a heavy voice and a serious tone. The way Anasuya Bharadwaj plays the bad guy makes us think that she is only good for small screens and is not very good. The rest of the people did their jobs well.
The movie is at best average in terms of how well it is made. The “Rap Rock” music and background music by Shakeel is played too often. The way Darshan uses the camera and cuts the film doesn’t leave much of an impression. Even though the acting is great, director Saleem Malik has made a movie with a tired plot and a dull look that won’t appeal to the people he wants to see it.
Lastly, Darja is for people who like commercial entertainers who are at best average. If you like Sunil or Anasuya Bharadwaj a lot, you might want to see it in a theatre.
