Mithoon Sharma was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India on January 11, 1985. He will be 37 years old in 2022. He belongs to the Capricorn zodiac. His father, an accomplished Indian musician and composer who is well-known in the cinema and television industries, goes by the name of Naresh Sharma.

Naresh Sharma, who worked with some of the greatest Indian musicians of all time and contributed to the soundtracks of more than 200 movies, wrote many of your favourite Bollywood tunes. Famous musician Pandit Ram Prasad Sharma was his grandfather. Laxmikant-Pyarelal, one half of the well-known Bollywood music composition combo, is his uncle. He tied the knot with vocalist Palak Muchhal on November 6, 2022.

Mithoon Career

Mithoon began working as a composer in 2006, but it wasn’t until the songs “Phir Mohabbat” from “Murder 2” in 2011 and “Tum Hi Ho” from “Aashiqui 2” in 2013 that he gained significant recognition in India.

He gained notoriety in 2005 as a result of the hits of his singles “Woh Lamhe” (from the movie Zeher) and “Aadat” (from the film Kalyug). His subsequent movie music was for the title tune of the film Bas Ek Pal, which featured performances by famed Indian vocalist KK and Tere Bin by Atif Aslam. From the movie Anwar, his songs “Tose Naina Lage” (2007) and “Maula Mere” (2007) were tremendous blockbusters. The same year, Mithoon and prominent Malaysian R&B vocalist Ning Baizura worked together to compose the music for the movie Diva. He then composed the number-one songs Woh Ajnabee, Beete Lamhe, and Mausam for the film Train. “Aye Khuda” and “Phir Mohabbat,” two songs from the movie Murder 2, had enormous success in 2011. All Is Well, Loveshhuda, Sanam Re, Ki & Ka, Shivaay, Wajah Tum Ho, Half Girlfriend, Shab, Aksar 2, Hate Story 4, Baaghi 2, and Mercury all have songs he wrote in them. He also composed the music for the films Jism 2, Yaariyan, Ek Villain, Hate Story 2, Creature 3D, Samrat & Co, Alone, Hamari Adhuri Kahani.

He co-wrote and produced the song “Ek Shaqs” for the 2007 album Junoon alongside Indian musician Abhijeet Sawant. He worked with T-Series to release his debut studio album, Tu Hi Mere Rab Ki Tarah Hai, in 2009. The album included several of his own songs that went on to become huge blockbusters. There are numerous well-known British musicians on this album. In 2010, he wrote “Kuch Is Tarah,” which was on the album Doorie, alongside singer Atif Aslam. He finally became a member of the Philharmonic.
